Toilet Clogs

If your toilet clogs, you can use a plunger to create suction over the drain hole. Pump the plunger repeatedly to move the clog through the system. Exercise caution when clearing the toilet to avoid flooding your bathroom.

Drains

If your drain backs up, a plunger may be useful in removing the blockage. You can also use drain cleaning tools, which are available at most hardware stores.

Please do not use caustic chemicals to try to clear your drain, as this could cause damage to your pipes.

If you lose electrical power in your property, first call your your utility provider to learn what's causing the outage. There may be construction in your area or inclement weather causing grid issues.

Tripped the Circuit Breaker?

If you trip the circuit breaker in your home, you can reset it by flipping the lever back to the ON position.

If you don't have hot water access in your property, check the settings on your tank. Make certain that nothing has been changed accidentally and the heater isn't in vacation mode.

If you make any changes to the settings, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water temperature again.

If the climate controls in your rental property aren't working properly, check that the settings on your thermostat are accurate. If the system is down completely, check with your utility provider to determine whether there are any problems with your account.
